How will my order be packed?
We take great care in packaging every order. All pins are mounted to a backing card and securely placed in a corrugated box for protection. Depending on the size and quantity of pins, multiple items may be mounted to a single card. If you prefer not to receive a sticker or backing card, just leave a note at checkout or email us before your order ships—we’re happy to accommodate and reduce waste whenever possible.
When will my order ship?
Our small team processes orders within 1–3 business days. If your order is time-sensitive, please email us before placing your order to confirm we can accommodate your timeline. We can’t guarantee same-day shipping, so reaching out first is the best way to avoid delays.
Will my order come with a tracking number?
Yes, every order includes a tracking number. Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please note that USPS doesn’t always scan packages at every stop, so tracking updates may be delayed even while your order is in transit.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

We’re located in New Jersey, USA. At this time, we do not have a physical storefront or drop-in location. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio.

The paper itself has a really nice feel to it, and I like the size of the pad. And there’s enough already on it, that it doesn’t feel daunting like a full sheet of blank paper can. I love the graphic design and artwork. The watercolors are soothing and inviting, and the coloring helps guide each category but is also allowed to blend beyond the wheel, echoing how actual emoticons are often mixed. This is further supported by how each question offers multiple blank spaces for replies. And the questions, they strike just the right balance in focus and gentleness. I think this is partly because the wording is in first person, so reading them, I wind up asking myself, instead of being confronted with “you” queries. And asking what do *I* want, what do *I* need, what would help *me*… these touch me even to the point of moist eyes. As a lifelong people-pleaser, allowing myself —getting myself to recognize, let alone articulate these things is not something I’ve ever really taken the time to practice. I may need to mentally circle around the pad a while longer before writing anything down, but it’s already helping me practice getting more in touch with my own self. 💜
I ordered My Feelings Notepad for a family member who is on the autism spectrum. The items on the notepad allow my family member to independently self-assess and we are using it as a tool for growing self awareness and self regulation. This one fits in a small bag or purse, easy to carry along on outings or errands.
Such a helpful (and beautiful) way to help me identify and process my emotions! Highly recommended as a gift to yourself or to others who are working towards being their best selves.
I’ve worked with a counselor for a long time and still have trouble “identifying “ my feelings/emotions and I can’t seem to keep up with journaling…this notepad has really helped more than one occasion already! It makes figuring out what’s going on with me much easier!
